By creating an account or using Acme Coaching Classes’s online learning services, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, together with any programme-specific terms shown to you at the time of purchase.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. Each account is for a single student’s personal use. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

Acme Coaching Classes provides digital learning services — course content, live and recorded classes, practice and test tools, and progress analytics — as described at the time of purchase. Features may be added, changed or retired; material changes to a paid entitlement will be communicated where the law requires it.

Fees are those quoted in your order, inclusive or exclusive of taxes as stated. Applicable taxes are charged in accordance with Indian law, and invoices are issued using the details you provide at checkout.

You may not copy, record, resell, scrape or redistribute course material, share your credentials, or attempt to circumvent access controls. Automated or bulk access, and any use that disrupts the service for others, is prohibited and may lead to suspension.

All course content, branding and software made available through the platform belong to Acme Coaching Classes or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning for the duration of your subscription.

We work to keep content accurate and up to date but do not guarantee any particular rank, score or outcome. The services are provided on an “as is” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Acme Coaching Classes is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall hear any dispute, subject to the consumer protections available to you by law.
